Every item has been carefully inspected and verified by our experts. CLOUDS guarantees the authenticity of every item sold.
For the security and protection of our customers all payments are secured with a high level encryption. CLOUDS is committed to contact customers of high value orders to verify their purchase. All Credit Card Payments will be subjected to customer verification where proof of identity must match and shipping/billing information on the order.
Furthermore if suspected of fraud, we reserve the right to contact you for more information to verify your purchase and to cancel your order at our sole discretion, at any time.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Once a purchase is made, an order confirmation email will be sent out to the customer, however if it’s not received please contact us.
If you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately! Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address. CLOUDS accepts no responsibility for lost goods.
During this time all items are carefully inspected and verified before packaging. As we also undergo certain security checks to ensure the placed order is not suspicious nor fraudulent.
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any order changes or cancel your order.
All Sales Are Final.
Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.
Shipping and Handling
All orders will be dispatched within 1-5 business days (this does not apply to for pre-orders, on-orders/sourcing orders)
At the current time, we only ship within Australia with orders under $300 have a $12 standard shipping fee or $20 express shipping fee. With orders over $300, receive free standard shipping, and over $600, free express shipping.
We do not ship to PO Boxes
Delivery time frame for Domestic Shipping is 3 - 6 business days, however this is subject to Australia Post, and is out of our control.
Pre-Order Shipping and Handling
Shipping of pre/on-orders can range from 1 to 3 weeks.
As the product is not in stock, we can not give an exact date to when your item will arrive. Reason being is, that pre-orders are done before the official release date of the product. Then upon release, the products will be sent to our office for verification and authentication, once completed. Your pre-order will then be full-filled and shipped with tracking and signature release.
We can only give an estimate on shipment, as we don't know how long it will take for the product to arrive to us, and then how long it will take for it to arrive to you. However, we vouch to always keep you updated on the status of your pre-order and get it in your hands as soon as possible!
If you place an order with a pre-order product and a non-pre-order product, we wont ship out your items until the pre-ordered product arrives to our office. This will allow us to completely fulfil your order, under one shipment, so all items (pre-ordered and non-pre-ordered) arrive to you at once.
However, if you are in need for the non-pre-ordered product to quickly arrive to you. We are willing to partially fulfil and ship out your non-pre-ordered product first, and then ship out the pre-ordered product once in hand. However shipping fees may apply for a second shipment.
Shipping confirmation emails will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Within this email, will be a tracking number used by the courier that will provide updates on the location of your order.
At CLOUDS, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final, no refunds.
If you are concerned about sizing, please feel free to contact us. We are more than happy to help you, in hopes to provide you with a tailored response before your purchase.
For all purchases including pre-orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges even for issues regarding size, colourway, factory flaws or change of mind. Every item will be inspected during processing, only if the item is deemed counterfeit, then you'll be contacted, your order will be cancelled and refunded right away.
All our items are sourced from authorised retailers only, some products may come with factory flaws from their production, and yet still pass the manufacturer's quality control procedure. These flaws does not deem a product to be counterfeit, therefore we do not provide refunds for this reason.
CLOUDS reserves the right to provide refunds when necessary. Each Situation will be judged on a ‘case-by-case’ basis.
Keep in mind, the colours within the product pictures may vary slightly between the lighting of the photo and from the colour contrast of your screen, this does not fall within our returns policy.
It is the responsibility of our customers to review and understand our strict terms and conditions when making purchases.
