Order Processing

Once a purchase is made, an order confirmation email will be sent out to the customer, however if it’s not received please contact us.

If you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately! Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address. CLOUDS accepts no responsibility for lost goods.

During this time all items are carefully inspected and verified before packaging. As we also undergo certain security checks to ensure the placed order is not suspicious nor fraudulent. If your order is suspected we will contact you. 

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.

All Sales Are Final.

Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.


Shipping and Handling

All orders will be dispatched within 1-10 business days, otherwise stated in the product description.

Domestic Shipping

Australian orders under $300 have a $12 standard shipping fee or $20 express shipping fee. With orders over $300, receive free standard shipping, and over $600, free express shipping. 

Delivery time frame for Domestic Shipping is 1 - 6 business days, however this is subject to Australia Post and shipment delays are out of our control.

International Shipping

We are currently shipping to New Zealand, United States, Canada and United Kingdom. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout according to your region.

Tracking Orders

Shipping confirmation emails will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Within this email, will be a tracking number used by the courier that will provide updates on the location of your order.
